£15m relocation of an existing surface substation to a new 33kv underground substation to allow for residential development on a key site in West London.
Vision Zero Consult were asked to help unblock this problem project which had languished for 18 months with minimal progress. Within one month it was back on track. Leed’s role is design, procurement and management of both substation and utility infrastructure.
