Developing a group-wide sustainability strategy to provide a framework for all of the developer’s construction activities and their development pipeline. We have put in place a market leading sustainability strategy establishing a blueprint for the future which puts sustainability at the heart of every decision they make –from acquisition to landscaping.
We are currently providing implementation support across individual senior living developments to deliver specific sustainability objectives. Projected results include delivering 80% reduction in energy demand with seven year payback on capex.
Using a combination of BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes as benchmarks against which to monitor and audit delivery of key metrics.
